We especially want to thank Shawn and his assistant whose name I unfortunately don't remember. They did an excellent and clean job! It was a pleasure to work with them
I'd especially like to thank Shawn for, probably the most professional looking plumbing or heating work I've ever seen! It's almost "beautiful" to look at! 

Heater is working fine; much quieter and apparently more efficient than the last.
By the way, it appears you were right about getting the installation done right away. When the heater was opened it was obvious it was past it's time.
