The young man who came and cleaned our furnace did an excellent job. He cleaned in places no one has ever cleaned since we bought the mobile home in 1980. He tested things we didn't even know should be tested. He made absolutely no mess whatsoever. He even installed a new filter I had bought to do myself. He explained numerous things to us to get us more informed on what he was doing. Might I mention he has a fascinating tool bag of all kinds of goodies plus the testing equipment. We are so grateful for a job well done.
Also the gentleman who delivered our pellets was so pleasant to talk to and put the pellets right where we asked. He is a credit to your business. Also the gentleman who delivered our oil. He also was such a pleasant person. He checked our tank out and thank goodness it passed the test. He pumped the oil, gave me our slip and was on his way.
All three of the gentlemen we dealt with were off the scale of good employees.
Also, Lisa, what can I say about Lisa? She has an infectious personality. Any time I had to bug her with which were probably stupid questios to her, she gave me the answers with a very professional attitude and is to be commended for a job well done. She also connected me to a young man to clean and service our pellet stove. He also was excellent.
Boy did we luck out.
I have a question. In this day and age where and how did you come up with all these super people? My suggestion, HANG ON TO THEM.!!!!
